The owner of Tesla brand – Nvidia is currently offering substantial discounts to promote its Tesla products. The substantial discounts are being offered on the Tesla C1060 and the Tesla S1070-400 GPU computing system products. Nvidia’s discount scheme will be available till July 24, 2009.
The products being promoted through substantial discounts – Tesla C1060 and Tesla S1070-400 – are the Nvidia Tesla computing solutions that unleash the high-quality parallel processing might of the graphics processing unit (GPU) for performing compute-intensive tasks in science, industry and commerce. The Tesla C1060, which is usually priced at $1299 – approx Rs. 62,000 (Ex-Works), is now available for $650 – Rs. 39,000 along with VAT (Ex-Works), and the Tesla S1070-400, which is usually priced at $7995 – approx Rs. 3,82,062 (Ex-Works), is now available for $4000 – Rs. 240000 plus VAT (Ex-Works).
The Tesla C1060 and the Tesla S1070-400 GPU computing system products are available at the promotional prices through NVIDA master distributor Aditya Infotech Ltd, and authorized distributors including Computers Infinite, TAG, and Rashi. The products are also available through Tesla partners including Connoiseur, Netweb, Micropoint, and Duxsoft.
